Important Changes in Despatch Procedures
Continuous review of our processes and internal restructuring have made adjustments to our shipping procedures necessary. We are pleased to inform you about the upcoming changes, which will take effect on 01 January 2025.
One major change concerns the direct processing via customer accounts or routing orders: As of January 2025, we will no longer offer this option. Instead, we will inform you as soon as your goods are ready for despatch – including all necessary details. You can then easily instruct your preferred shipping service provider to arrange pick-up according to your own terms and conditions.
If no independent pick-up is commissioned, despatch will be carried out – as usual against payment – via a shipping service provider selected by us (DPD, FedEx, UPS or the forwarding agent Dachser).
