From small batches to large-scale production, we make precise plastic parts with high dimensional accuracy and consistent quality in Bad Salzuflen – Made in Germany. We process a wide variety of plastics and develop customised packaging and moulded parts that combine protection, functionality and design in the best possible way.

Depending on geometry, quantity and function, we manufacture your custom-made solution by injection moulding or thermoforming. Our strength lies in combining standardised packaging solutions with individual customer requirements. Thanks to flexible production processes, short decision-making paths and high delivery reliability, we create solutions that are precisely matched to the respective area of use.

Our custom-made solutions are used wherever standard solutions reach their limits: in electronics as dissipative ESD-/SMD-packaging, in dental and medical applications as hygienic storage, and in industry and production as functional and packaging parts. On request, we finish them in-house by screen, pad or digital printing (private labelling).

Frequently asked questions

When is custom manufacturing worthwhile compared with standard packaging?

A custom-made solution makes sense if none of our standard solutions meets your requirements – for example with a special product geometry, specific protection requirements or a defined brand presence. If, on the other hand, standard packaging fits without restriction, it is usually the faster and more cost-effective choice. If in doubt, we check together which is the better solution for your application.

What documents do you need for an enquiry?

A technical drawing or a 3D model (e.g. STEP) is helpful, together with details of material, quantity and area of use. If no finished data are available yet, we will help you with a design suited to plastics – a sketch, a sample or a description of the requirement is enough to get started.

From what quantity is custom manufacturing possible?

We produce small batches as well as large quantities. Which solution is cost-effective depends on the chosen process and the effort involved in preparing production. Tell us what you need in your enquiry, and we will advise you on the right approach.

Do you also support design engineering and development?

Yes. We support you from the first idea to the finished solution – with a 3D CAD design suited to plastics and to production. The result is packaging that can be produced cost-effectively and meets your requirements for protection and function.

Will I receive a sample before series production?

Yes. Before series production starts, we provide you with a first sample for approval so that you can check fit, function and quality. Series production only starts after your approval. We agree delivery times with you depending on the project.

Can custom-made solutions be individually printed?

Yes. On request, we finish them in-house by screen, pad or digital printing – from a logo to multicolour lettering. This way, you receive your custom-made solution directly in your individual design (private labelling).
