Precisely fitting foam inserts from a single source

From small batches to large-scale production, we manufacture precisely fitting foam inserts with high dimensional accuracy. The cut-outs are made accurate to the millimetre – based on your drawing, a photo or a component you supply. In addition to custom designs, we also offer standard inserts that are matched to our common packaging – quickly available, without any design work of your own.

Depending on the requirements, we select the right foam in a suitable density and hardness – ESD-capable or with a particularly high-quality look on request. FAQ on foam inserts

What documents do you need for a precisely fitting foam insert?
Ideally, we receive a drawing, a photo with dimensions or a sample component directly. From this, we design the cut-outs accurate to the millimetre. If no data are available yet, we will help you with the design – a sketch or a sample is enough to get started.
From what quantity do you produce foam inserts?
We produce everything from small batches to large-scale production. Which quantity is cost-effective depends on geometry and production method. Tell us what you need in your enquiry, and we will advise you on the right solution.
Which foams do you use?
Depending on the requirements, we use different foams in various densities and degrees of hardness – matched to the weight and sensitivity of the component and to its transport or presentation purpose. On request, we advise you on material selection, for example on ESD-capable versions or versions with a particularly high-quality look.
Can foam inserts be combined with your packaging?
Yes. Foam inserts are part of our packaging system and fit precisely into our round boxes, assortment boxes and ESD-/SMD- and dental boxes. The result is a coordinated complete solution from a single source – including individual printing on request.
Will I receive a sample before series production?
Yes. Before series production starts, we provide you with a first sample for approval so that you can check fit and hold. Series production only starts after your approval. We agree delivery times with you depending on the project.
